How should I reinstall a faulty uninstall?

I accidentally uninstalled Photoshop by deleting its folder and emptying the trash bin. (yes, stupid, I know)

But now it still say installed in the application manager, and changing the language doesn't help as that only installs a new language pack.

Please help
