How to: Activation CS6 - Serial key not recognised and other errors.

I have CS6 installed on a fresh installation of OSX (Capitan).

First I can't activate the product, it states that to many computers carry my installation. This is actually not correct. I have only one installation on one computer.

I uninstalled the software on the old OSX installation.

After entering the serial key from the screen again, I now get the error ' registration key not correct '. Which I checked and is not true either. Serial is correct.

How to activate my Adobe CS6 product?

Or... how to edit the list with computers Adobe thinks the product is installed on.

If you only uninstalled the product but did not deactivate it first then you still have two activations tied up.  You need to contact support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
