How to active Lightroom on my new User profile?

Hi, I have been having issues with my MAC Book Pro. Today I had these issues resolved by setting up a new user profile. This meant that although I have retained all of the data contained on the computer I have lost the LR app. although the icon still exists it is required a pass key. I have a pass key here but I only have one use of it left as I have insatlled it on one other computer. Is there any way of retaining my activation spare activation key? Is there anyway of reactivating LR on this computer without using my pass key again?

    Hi Alexu94853430,

    As you mentioned that you were not able to activate your Adobe Photoshop Lightroom License on "B" user even after deactivating "A" as per @John%20T%20Smith suggestion, I would need some information so that I may assist you appropriately.

    1.Exact error message (screenshot if possible).

    2. Share the Serial number via I was unable to locate any serial number for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom in our database using the email address that you have used to sign in to forums. We would need your serial number to check the information about the activation count.

    Read Activate and deactivate Adobe products

    If you were A and you are now B you need to deactivate A and activate B

    Thanks for your reply. Yes I have deactivated A but can't activate B without a product code. I have a product code but I'm reluctant to use it as I only have 1 activation left and I have already used 1 code when I activated A.

    Suggestions?
