how to add LR to my new computer ?

I purchased LR for my IMAC which has subsequently had to have a new hard drive put onto it.

I have the serial numbers  - but how do i go about doing this ??

did you click on the link in message 1?

if so, did you successfully download the installation file.

if so, during installation, click buy or activate and when prompted, enter your serial number.


I sorted it by going to my order history on adobe.

Then clicked on downloads. Then added my original serial numbers.

Was simple in the end.

download and install the latest version that you purchased and use your serial number to activate:

Thanks for your reply.

I am just struggling to find out how to download it. When i try to do it on Adobe I only get the option of adding bank details to buy again !

Driving me potty !

How do I download without paying again ?
