How to authorize computer to download PS 2014

Question

Since Extension Manager CC no longer works I have been advised to download PS 2014 to download extensions. When I tried I received error message:

You don't have permission to access "http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PHSP/15/osx10/Photoshop_15_LS20.dmg?" on this server.

I e monthly subscription to the photography package. How do I authorize my compurt?

Is there any way to install extensions in PS CC 2015. I have not found any instructions for Mac.

Please use the steps mentioned below.Download Creative Cloud desktop application from the link Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trialSign in with your Adobe ID and password.Go to the Apps Panel and install the CC 2014 version of the application required.
