How to buy Adobe After Effetcs in Pakistan?

Today while buying Plan for Adobe After Effects I got this.

So we can not buy Adobe Products from Pakistan? I want to use it in legal way but this error is showing that its not possible to buy that product from Pakistan.

So I want to ask is there any legal way to buy the product Plan in Pakistan? If not then can we use pirate version?

If there is no way to buy it so using pirate version is OK or not?

      I have the same issues but couldn't find my country on 3rd party vendor
