how to cancel a licence key after my computer was stolen?

My computer was stolen with my active licence key for adobe acrobat XI.

Can you explain how to cancel this activation key to make it available on my new computer ?

If the Chat person sends you back to this open forum, you are out of luck... only Adobe can help, nobody here can access the activation server
