How to cancel a monthly subscription?

Hi All,

I bought a monthly subscription that never worked since the day that i have ordered it. I needed Indesign for a project and was not able to spend time with Adobe because it didn't work. I think i spend 4-5 hours to try to make it work and it didn't work.

But now, they are charging me every month the subscription but i never used it... So i want to cancel my monthly subscription. I tried but they way they say, but didn't work again and so i need to communicate with Adobe. I clicked on communicate with us and their office is again closed. Everyday is closed even they should be open with the hours indicated. By the way, their hours are not user friendly at all, i'm living in North America and their opening hours are in Europa...

I'm really tired to lost so many time with Adobe. I definitely think that's the worst customer service i ever saw. There is at least a place with them by a simple email or i don't know, like a normal easy way?
