Beware!!! I signed up for monthly payments to an annual subscription and Adobe tried to make me pay £100 cancellation fee after using the software for jsut one month. They do not make it clear AT ALL when you sign up that there will be a cancellation fee nor as to how much it would be. No other software subscription does this. It's absolutely absurd. The first person I spoke to about this had exactly the same experience with Adobe. Sort this out Adobe - you can't rope people into a year's worth of monthly payments with just a couple of clicks. It costs you absolutely nothing to cancel someone's subscription - it's a vertiable scam!

I found out that Adobe is selling there product through reseller called Digital River in Middle east... since I bought it from Digital River, there is no cancellation button in "Plans & Products" or in the "Manage Plan" option. There is no link to cancel my plan in the official site of Digital River. [link removed by moderator]

I wanted my subscription only for a month...This is going to be my 3rd month...I feel like adobe is cheating the subscribers.

I tried that but there's no option to cancel my plan.

They are asking 3  questions

1.what can we help you with?

2.what type of issues are you experiencing?

3.would u like to contact us?

I cannot go to the 3rd option without entering the first 2...Now if I select the 1st question the second is not relevant to me.
