I been using adobe Products with my school email. I tried to reach adobe to cancel subscription. because i cant access my old school email so how do i cancel my old account its keep gettig money from my credit card i can not stop it.
Login to that account and contact Adobe customer care: Contact Customer Care
Depending on the options you used when you created or managed your account, you may have also the possibility to change your primary e-mail. If however you never added a secondary e-mail or 2 factor authentication, I do not think that it may be possible to do anything to the account without having Adobe to intervene.
