How to cancellation for creative cloud plan one year.

I try to follow as chat link but that link not work then the website must go to old forum but it cannot solve my problem.

Please tell me the email to contact them. I need to stop it firstly.

I try to sign in to my creative cloud for that but have no icon to canceled it.

It's just show my information & payment info only.
