how to change the language of the newly downloaded photoshop+lightroom

I have recently became a member of the photography cc and have downloaded the software. The software have no problem but it was not my language. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem. Sam

Dear Ned: thanks for your advice. Do I need to uninstall the downloaded software before I select the right language and re-install it again?  Samuel Lai

I have not done this myself...  My best guess at what needs to be done is that you first follow the numbered steps so that anything you install after that is in the language of your choice.  Then uninstall and reinstall anything that was installed before you changed the language preference
