I am an After Effects Membership Plan user.

I would like to change my plan to use Premiere.

But it is too difficult to change.

You attempted to re-enter the plan after canceling the plan first, but the plan cancellation is not confirmed.

In addition, it is difficult to pay only for Premiere.
