Becouse i have allredy instal cc in two computers but to one of them i can't get in becouse it's broken and i need to install in my new computer but i can't

Is there any installation failure message that you are getting while installing CC on a new machine. Please try to install Creative Cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html .

You may check Maximum Activations Exceeded launching subscription or Creative Cloud products in case old machine has crashed.

It will help us resolve your issue if you can provide more information. Did you install the Creative Cloud desktop app on your new computer as Atul suggested? Did you then receive an "activation failed" error message? In that case, did you Contact Customer Care‌? What did the phone or chat representative tell you?
