How to clear the Cache on Adobe on MAC Montery

Hello! I have been looking for several hours trying to find out out to clear the cache on my MAC for my Adobe. I cannot find anyone with a mac that has had this question with the Montery update and I am about to lose it, lol! I ws wondering if anyone could please help me!
