How to Close out of applications to complete installation of CS5 on Mac?

I'm in the process of trying to install CS5 on my Mac, and it is saying that in order to finish installation I need to close the following applications to continue: SafariCloudHistory and SafariNotifications. The problem is, I've already closed out of Safari and out of my iCloud account.
