how to close Photoshop elementsautoanalyzer.exe during updates when desktop is empty

Just installed Premier Elements 11 (already had Photoshop installed) and tried to do updates.  Everything else was closed on my desktop but as it progressed thru the installation it told me to close Elements autoanalyzer.exe.  Nothing was open on my desktop.  Update showed only 1 second left to finish the 'Photo Camera RAW 7.4 update'.  What does this computer illiterate user do?  I tried to do the update again and same thing happened altho the update list no longer showed the Elements Manager, just updates needed for Photo and Premier.  Thanks for any help given

Hi Diz2,

Please Launch Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc and close the Elements autoanalyzer.exe from the processes and try updating Premiere Elements 11 again. It should work.

Abhijit
