How To Completely Remove CC!!

I have been using LR for a decade or more and using CC now is unacceptably slow on a 16GB 6 core (12 threaded), 3.5gHz machine with SSD's. Please don't send me performance/cache/library tips - been there done that the ONLY problem is CC. Adobe has made this removal and access to the standlone version difficult for obvious, self-serving reasons. If I click on "Help" and then logout of CC, I am prompted for my Adobe login again and then the license!!!!

All I want is to run LR standalone like I have for a decade and I dont want ANYTHING to do with CC or have to be logged in to use the software.

How do I remove ALL use of CC and ONLY use LR in standalone with my license and not have to login to CC?

ok, what is the exact version of Lightroom app you are referring to ?

If you had purchased LR serial number  and instead of activating it via serial , if the activation is pointing to Creative Cloud , you can do one thing . you need manually remove Lightroom license files.

You may refer below link for steps .

Once you delete the files mentioned in the steps, it shud ask for serial number to enter.

Thanks kindly for responding. But no matter what I do I cant get LR to run licensed with it being logged into CC!!!! This is not rocket science. Why does Adobe make this so necessarily hard. I just want to run LR with my license, standalone WITHOUT needing to be logged into CC. The performance drop ever since the move to CC is unacceptable and clearly based on the forums and elsewhere this is a common experience by many users.

You may run Adobe Cleaner tool and select Clean all option. Remember it will remove all Adobe apps from system. If you wish to remove only CC , just select Creative Cloud option.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

OR

Also if you wish to remove all Adobe related files and folders from computer , you may perform complete removal process manually.
