How to contact support

Hello,

I would like to contact Adobe support regarding a product registration issue. Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere 2021 was purchased earlier this week, but when registering the key in my account it states it is version 19.0.

The Adobe Contact website (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html ) is constructed in a very uninformative manner and keeps looping back to the same page...

An example:

1) Searching on your product of interest, you can scroll down a range of potential solutions. At the bottom of the page there is an option to select Contact us - Real help from real people. Following that link you are returned back to the https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html webpage.

2) On that same webpage, if you go to the 'Support' dropdown menu and choose 'Contact Us', you once again get referred to same https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html website.

Does anyone know how to reach out to a real person in the Adobe Photoshop Elements/Premiere support team?

Many thanks!

I suppose John has confirmed that you are on the correct version, if you still need to connect to support the do the following.

Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
Also, be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

Seems like I'm not able to update my initial post.

As a FYI: the help center site was browsed in a clean Chrome browser (87.0 - no plug-ins or add-ons installed).
