How to convert CS6 Windows version to Mac version?

I have an old student copy of CS6. It's available for download for Windows, but I'm now on Mac. How do I convert it from Windows to Mac? I tried the help centre, but it says I dont have an Adobe plan, so I'm not entitled to speak to a live agent. Help, please.

you cannot.  even activating on another win computer has significant challenges if you've already activated on two other comuters.

Hey kglad, thank you for sharing. Couldn't believe I actually kept the CD for 12 years. The win though is the nostalgia and I can declutter now.
