How to create custom interactive DVD menu in Adobe?

Hi,
I need to create a professional, unique dvd/blu-ray menu for my latest short film. I used Creative Cloud for editing, sound design and creating all artwork so I wouldn't want to purchase another product for this very last step. I've heard about Encore but can't find the application anywhere. Is there still an option to do this in Adobe? Thank you very much.
