how to deactivate a license for Dreamweaver CS4 installed on PC that I can't access anymore.

I need to deactivate a license on PC that I can't access anymore so that I can install it on another PC.

keep in mind that I have it installed as well on a second PC that I am currently using.

    You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations... they cannot pinpoint a particular installation so any current activations will be reset.

    The problem is that it says:

    "Chat

    24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    Chat is currently closed"

    what should I do in this case?
