How to delete my old credit card details? ALL should be concerned!

Has anyone figured out yet if Adobe lets you delete your own credit card out of their system or do they keep hostage forever and convince you it's a dummy account (yet it charges your card) and that it's perfectly safe with them (even though they got hacked on Oct 2019)?

I just experienced the same problem.  Customers can add credit cards but not delete them.

I clicked on the Chat with Us bot, entered how to delete a credit card, after the unhelpful response, select problem not solved and get connected to a person who can delete the card.

You'll need the last 4 digits of the cc.

I don't know anything about hacking last October.  Perhaps it effected only you.

Are you a PAID Creative Cloud member? If yes, you must have a valid credit card on file so you can keep using Illustrator, etc...

To change your card details, please log-in to your account below and click on Edit Billing & Payment.

If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.

NOTE:  If you feel your card has been compromised, contact your bank immediately.
