How to delete my registered CS5 on my Adobe profile ?

PLEASE HELP ME to delete my registered CS5 on my Adobe profile !

The CS5 never worked on my computer because I never could choose the products name ´´Adobe creative suite 5 Design Standard´´from the drop down menu according to my serial number, which was accepted. That´s why I only got offered a test version, which was only for 30 days and after that, I couldn´t start the test version again.

So I listed the serial number at Adobe to make it work, which never did. And then I gave up on it and would like sell it on ebay But I need to delete/de-install it on my Adobe profile and this doesn´t work eighter ! ( screenshot attached )

I know, I have to delete/de-install it within the CS5 program but I just updated the operating system on my computer and the CS5 will not even start. So this is not an option.( screenshot attached )

Got anyone any suggestions, how to delete the registered product on my Adobe profile ?

Evidently, it’s still possible to sell it. That’s as much as we can tell.

In any case, anything you attempt to do with this software will be only a shot in the dark with unpredictable results.

Anyway, I’ve just realized you’re trying to run it on Mac as I didn’t see your screenshots. That’s a certain exercise in futility. What macOS are you running, and what Mac? The error message implies that CS5 isn’t compatible with your macOS, unsurprisingly.

On Windows, it’s possible to run CS5 even on the latest systems and machines, at least in theory. But on Mac, nothing will work (unless you have a truly antique Mac with a vintage macOS version).

That eBay seller doesn’t offer refunds by any chance?

CS5 is 32-bit software, unfit for use on a Mac since Apple released Catalina in 2019.

You need 64-bit products that are compatible with your Mac. Ask the eBay seller if you can get your money back. This whole transaction was a train wreck.

The CS5 is still offered on Ebay from many and even professional seller for about 150 EUR ! … so to work with this version seems to be possible still.

One of my questions again: Will it work to make the CS5 run on my old computer and delete/re-install the serial number under my name within the program ? If you give me some hope, I would try this one instead of the license transfer

If the license transfer (link by @kglad ) is successful, it will be removed from your account by Adobe.

Why exactly? What is this for ? Just to let people know, how and why this was not working ? For educational purposes ?

This is inconvenient, since I bought it myself on Ebay and didn´t had to follow these steps as a buyer. And I don´t know how to sell it under these conditions, no one will be interested in purchasing the item !

Is there a second option ? = Would this work, If I try to make the CS5 run on my old computer and delete/re-install the serie number under my name within the program ?

It was a mistake to purchase it on eBay.
You should have used the license transfer when you purchased it.
