How to Delete Premiere Pro cc 2018 and install & buy Premiere Pro 2020 or 2019

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew how I can delete Premiere Pro cc 2018 and stopping the monthly payment for it, as I am a college student studying Film Production I need the latest/updated version of Premiere pro?

You may NOT cancel your subscription and also obtain the latest program version

 

You MAY (if your computer meets current requirements) use the cloud manager to upgrade to the latest version

    Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + Premier Pro 2020 and all other apps you intend to use.  Min-requirements vary by product and version.

    Open your Creative Cloud Desktop App, scroll down to Premier Pro 2018 and hit the uninstall  button.  Or use your computer's operating system to remove programs.
