How to delete the account?

Hi from an autistic woman from Italy.

It's been 4 days since I'm trying to delete my account, but it's impossible.

I'm trapped.

Chat doesn't work. i cannot speak to anyone. Everytime I try to find a way, I end up on the same page with options to contact a human being, but I simply can't. It's really frustrating.

I've deleted successfully the Stock free plan subscription, but I still have the creative cloud. I don't want it.

I just want to know how to delete the entire account.

It was a try. I subscribed. Now I want to unsuscribe to everything.

Please, could someone help me?

I'm really struggling about that.

Cristina, don't worry I will help you cancel the subscription.

Adobe forums being an open forum we do not take cancellation requests here.

However, can you try the same steps on another browser, it seems chat option is just grayed out here.

Let me know if that works else I can help you escalate the request.

I'm in.

I'm in the link you suggested. Even if I move the mouse over the chat section, nothing happens. Is it somewhere else?

I've submitted a free trial.

I've already told Paypal NOT to pay to Adobe.

The only thing I want is to delete my account.

I DON'T want the creative Cloud, even if it's free. I'm breaking up with you (I'm trying at least)

Instructions say: "To delete the free trial, contact us" and I CAN'T do it.

You're the first one I can talk to.

PLEASE ADOBE, it's not quantum physics... just delete my account. Thanks
