How to download adobe photoshop on Arm(Arm64)

I bought a windows Arm64 laptop and I want to download Photoshop on it.However,However, when I installed adobe creative cloud, the error "0xc000007b" appeared.How to fix it?

    that's a window's error.  you should google it and the various fixes.
