How to download adobe photoshop on PC?

Hi there,
I want to download Adaobe PhotoShop for the Photography and designing but i can't able to download it on my PC. I tried so many times even i use BlueStacks [link removed by moderator] for downloading but i can't download it.
 
Can anyone from the support team resolve my issue?
