I had my computer crash 2 weeks ago, and had to get the harddrive replaced. Now I need to reinstall my adobe creative suite 5. I actually had this happen once before. I remember that I was able to go to an adobe link and get the software, adobe gave me a seriel number to download. But at this point I have forgotten what the link is. Anyone? All of my photos are saved in my account on Bridge, so I desperately need to reinstall.

And, Download the Creative Suite for which you have the serial number from the following link :

    Adobe team,

I am trying now to install my software. I have come to the part where it says to shut down all other softwares in order to complete. I have two programs that adobe claims are open, “SafariCloudHisto” and “SafariNotification” but first off I don’t recognize either of these programs, second I went through a search in my finder window and I don’t even see these programs listed. So what do I do from here?

    Hi,

Please go through the following document and then use Activity monitor to close these background processes that the installer is prompting to close.

Use Activity Monitor on your Mac - Apple Support
