How to download CS6 using serial numbers or coupon codes I was emailed?

Question

I have a student edition. I've tried the redeem code link\convert to serial number links and i always get a message that the code is not recognized. I was emailed a mac and pc code, I used the mac one a couple years ago no problem, but now I can't get the pc one to work.

Ned Murphy · Answer

redemption codes are only good for one time. You use them to acquire a serial number. The serial number is what you need to activate the installation.
