How to download Encore software to create dvd with adobe premiere CC

Hi, i would like to create a dvd from a project edited in adobe premiere pro cc and i can't download the software Encore on the cloud. I saw that i can use Encore CS6 but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone tell me where i could download it or is there any other solution to create a good quality dvd. Thank you. (I have a PC windows 7)

download manager does not have a find new apps button. The instructions to download Encore cs6 say to click this button. My clients want DVD and BluRay. I have the full boat Adobe subscription and have no way to create a DVD. Are you kidding me?

do you have an apps tab?

open your cc desktop app>click apps>click filters&versions>previous versions>install a cs6 version of something that includes encore (like premiere pro).
