how to download from a redeem code

Hello all...My old laptop died. I am trying to download Acrobat DC 2015 onto a newish laptop (Windows 10). I have gone to the redeem license site, entered my redeem code, my license number appears (it is correct) and it tells me....3. You're all set.I click the download link but nothing happens. I cannot download the programme.Can anyone advise how to download and activate please?Thank youMark

If you have the perpetual license of Acrobat 2015, I suspet you can't use the CC 2015 links, unfortunately - they are for the subscription app (now called just Acrobat DC). (May be worth a try anyway).

If you registered a perpetual license then look in your Adobe account. You should find your registered products. But I'm very puzzled that you were able to go through the redemption process, because you can only do that once, and presumably you did that years ago. Once redeemed, you keep the serial number and installer safe.
