How to download Lightroom 4 for Mac OS ?

Could someone here please provide instructions on how to download Adobe Lightroom 4 for Mac OS ?

This is rather frustrating as what seems like it should be the easy solution (ie: a downloads page!) does not have a direct download link, instead there is a link to contact support. After several clicks, the support link eventually funneled me to this forum.

hmm.. I found a similar question with discussion here.

It would seem LR4 has some legacy issues, but hopefully I'll get a call from Adobe Staff to arrange a download as well.

edit: Confirming that my contact details for my Adobe.com account are accurate and up-to-date.
