How to download old versions of creative cloud applications?

If you're not seeing the older versions in the CC App, it usually means you have their display turned off.

In the CC Desktop App, click the 3 dot icon in the upper right
Click Preferences
Click the Creative Cloud heading
Verify that "Show Older Apps" is checked under the Settings sub-header

If that's checked, close the Preferences by clicking the left pointing arrow at the top

Go to the Apps tab

Click the triangle next to Premiere's install/update button

Choose "Other Versions" from the list
You should now see 7 or so versions of Premiere, including CC 2015, though only the 9.0 version of it is available there

Some older versions have been removed
