How to download Premiere Elements 12? [was: douxdoux]

Question

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premiere Elements 12 in ONE BOX, WITH CARD, NO DISC.

I received 2 numbers to download, one for photoshop 12, the other for premiere 12. Photoshop-download: OK.

But there's no way to download premiere elements 12.

Can anyone help me.
