How to download the apps from my Creative Cloud package?

I bought a student subscription for the Creative Cloud apps, but can't seem to download the apps that should come with it. I succesfully downloaded the Creative Cloud app to my Macbook. When I open it, it shows all the apps. But it says 'Try" of "Buy". Not 'Download' or 'Install'.

The instruction video I found shows it should say 'Download'. I logged off and on again (as was advised in a help text somewhere here) but that didn't help.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Tnx

    check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

     

    if your subscription is active, open your cc app and sign in using the same adobe id used to confirm your subscription.

    Is this Student plan obtained directly from Adobe or your school?

    If it's paid for by your school, please contact the school's IT dept for assistance.

     

    If you paid Adobe, log-in to your Adobe account below. Make sure your subscription is activated and your student eligibility is verified.

    Oh!! That's where I went wrong! I tried connecting via my school email account that I use for Adobe, but had purchased the Creative Cloud using my private email. So two accounts. ... 😄 Got it all up and running now. Thanks!
