How to download the Upgrade Adobe Presenter 10 and get Serial?

I purchased an upgrade of Adobe Presenter 10 but have not received any email from them. Any idea how to go about getting my serial number and download link. I have been struggling for 3 days to get in touch with adobe for this.

Does anyone know of an email address to write to after sales?
