How to enter Registration Code (not redemption code)

Hello.

I have an Adobe CC Registration Code--NOT a redemption code.

Does anyone know how I might enter the registration code, please? I tried via the CC App Manager. I tried via the Adobe OnTheHub site. I tried via Adobe Support. I tried at Creative.Adobe.Com.

I'm out of options. Why is this so difficult?

Any suggestions will be most appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who replied. This time, I used a different browser. I got through the process and received a redemption code--finally--and now CC is working!

As far as I can tell, switching browsers made the difference. The site didn't work in Chrome, but it worked in Safari.
