How to find my PS CS5 serial number

I had purchased CS5 a long time ago, stopped using it to switch to a Creative Cloud plan. CS5 was a download, but I can't find my invoice or serial number anywhere. Is there an email for Adobe support? I don't have the time or the patience for their chat representatives. I've never had a good experience with them. Or heck, anyone know of a way to find my serial number without an email?

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
