if you purchased from or registered with adobe, check the account used at that time, Adobe ID

if its currently installed on an old computer, it can be recovered from that computer.

Please advise HOW to retrieve my serial number from within the program itself. Its currently installed on my Windows 10 desktop.

I signed in to adobe from my new laptop, I want to install what I bought. Photoshop Essentials 2018.

I am unable to locate the CD I used for installation, and my login, account, products owned is not listed. What do I do? I need to find that serial number before I get rid of the old desktop.

thank you in advance.

there are 3 ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
