How to get 2 months free adobe cc suite following COVID-19

Hey there,

 

Am I eligible for 2 months free adobe cc suite? I learnt that Adobe is giving away 2 months of free Creative Cloud  on this article ( https://petapixel.com/2020/03/18/adobe-is-giving-everyone-2-months-of-free-creative-cloud-heres-how-to-get-it/ ) and I'd like to know how I can access it. I followed the steps in the article but didn't see any available options for the free 2 months, please assist.
