How to get 32bit adobe reader and 64bit adobe pro installed on a Windows 10 running 22H2

I am trying to get a 32bit adobe reader version installed on my Windows10 machine along with a 64bit Adobe Pro but no matter which order I try to install it, I get a message saying that there is another version already installed and so it will only install one or the other. I have tried running the CC cleaner and that did not do anything either and so if anyone has any ideas I am all ears!

they're no t meant to both be installed.  with acrobat pro, there's no need for reader.

We use to be able to do so just recently and we still currently have users running both and so far this is the only user I have the issue with and so I am hoping this does start to happen for others. We have some software that is old and so the vendor says that we have to run the 32bit Reader along with the Adobe pro.  I can get it work using an older version of Adobe Pro but if I try to run Pro version 23, is when it says another version is already installed. Would there be any work arounds that can be done for this to work that you can think of?

you might be able to yse different hard drives and a virtual os would work.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Download and Install forum so that proper help can be offered.
