how to get a disc version of creative suite 5.5 on laptop without an optical drive?

I JUST BOUGHT A NEW LAPTOP...ONE W/O AN OPTICAL DRIVE.  I USE CREATIVE SUITE 5.5 BUT WHEN I BOUGHT IT SEVERAL YEARS BACK, IT CAME ON DISC.  I NEED TO INSTALL IT ON MY NEW LAPTOP.  HOW DO I DO THIS/  MICROSOFT WAS VERY HELFUL IN HELPING ME GET MY VERSION OF OFFICE 2010 INSTALLED VIA DOWNLOAD ONCE I PROVIDED THE PRODUCT KEY.  I CANNOT FIND A WAY TO CONTACT ADOBE ABOUT DOING THE SAME.

    I don't think Adobe Support agent can assist you with the installation of CS 5.5 .

    Download , Installation is not available for older versions apps. However you can contact and check once . may be as an exception they might assist you.

    Activation support is available even for older version apps.

    Thanks for the link.  However, I spent most of yesterday downloading Creative Suite 5.5 but cannot get it to install.  I get the message that "the File Archive part...is missing."

    It appears to me, the smaller of the two files listed did not download and when I try, it get the msg above.  There are four files which did download:  Design Premium_CS5_5_LS1; Design Premium_CS5_5_LS1(1); Design Premium_CS5_5_LS1 (2); Design Premium_CS5_5_LS1 (3).  Al are application types and all are the same size.  All are located in my download folder.

    Can you take control of my computer and do this for me.  I really need this program and will not be available Monday and Tuesday.  Please let me know via an email of phone call.

    Have you downloaded both .7z and .exe files?

    Make sure they are placed together under same folder and then double click on .exe file which is like 1 or 2 MB in size.  It should start installation process.

    The smaller file is an executable file which extracts .7z file and starts installation process.

    If you are unable to download it , try from different browser.

    Note :

    You can also manually extract .7z file and run setup file . You may use Apps like 7Zip or WinRar
