How to get a refund for Adobe auto renewal
Hi all, i've seen a few of these posts and have seen some people have been able to get refunds and others haven't. I am a student in Australia and have an adobe creative cloud student subscription for all the apps, i'm writing this post as I was automatically renewed for a year subscription of $527 for an account I am no longer using. I have tried to cancel this account in the past but haven't been able due to the fact that adobe is constantly trying to charge my card to renew my subscription, however, I haven't had enough money on that card for the transaction to go through, therefore, i thought i'd wait until the account automatically cancels itself. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have transferred a large sum of money into said account in order to purchase something and in the meantime adobe has charged me the $527 for the account renewal, it's honestly super annoying that I can't cancel my account because adobe is trying to charge me and the fact that they won't issue refunds for auto renewals is absurd for such a large comapny, especially with how much the plans are. I am no longer using the account so i'm not worried about losing access I just want my money back.
