How to get a replacement disc for my Adobe Design Standard CS5?

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has this experience of ordering a replacement disc for their adobe product? With purchase of a new laptop and trying to install it on my new laptop, I accidently snapped my disc when trying to remove it from the box..

Can you tell me what's the process for getting a replacement?

The customer service line take 4 hours on the line..

any help is appreciated!

JoeK89 you will still need to contact our support team to order your replacement media but I would recommend reviewing Obtain replacement product CDs, DVDs, manuals.
