How to get graphics design from people using Adobe Products in Pakistan?

Hi,

My question is, in a country where adobe products are not available, and even resellers are not giving monthly subscriptions.

In this case, if  I need some graphics design work from people in Pakistan (I'm Pakistani), knowing he/she is using cracked versions due to unavailability factor (or maybe to save money), what should I do?

Can I get the work from them and pay Adobe from my side so I can remain morally satisfied? I'm stuck. 

p.s. Adobe should consider PAKISTAN as well I don't understand why our country is not listed!!!
