How to get newer startup screens?

Question

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I have CC 2018. I like the startup design for the 2020 programs. I was wondering if I could change the startup screen to anything else?

Only if you upgrade to the latest versions of the software. And only if your system meets the min-requirements to run latest Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
