How to get rid of this CCXProcess on Mac?

Hi there,

I'm using CC suite on mac, any clue on how to get rid of this CCXProcess always working in background?

It takes all my low-bandwidth connection and I can't do anything during this time. I've tried to kill manually the process but it's always coming back...
