How to get the serie number

I just bought adobe acrobat XI pro. I have only a product code.

How can i find the serie number. The installation is done, but i have now only the demo version.

I can chose: to buy or to use the demo. But i have bought the cd.

What can I do. I'm also registerd.

    What did you buy from where? As Ned said, the serials are usualyl in the package for retail products, sent to you by e-mail and pre-registered on your account for download products. Refer to this:

    Find a serial number

    If for some reason you can't find the serial, contact sales support directly by phone, web chat or web form.

    I bought my adobe acrobat XI in a shop and i have the product code <Removed by Moderator>.

    But that doesn't work as serial number.  It' s already installed but it works only as dema version.

    There should be a valid serial number on the CD package (the box containing the CD).  You should be able to use that serial number to make the demo version an official version... you should not need to install the CD.
