How to handle Device Limitation

Hello

It would be nice, if you could make a feature in the Creative Cloud, that enables the user when he is currently logged in in his max. 2 Devices and is trying to use a Product at a 3. Device, to not just log out of any Device BUT to choose from wich of the 2 logged in Devices he wants to log out.
